The Fiscal Year 2024 Property Tax Exemption forms are now available online. Property owners who qualify can now file their property tax exemption forms with the City of Quincy Assessors Office. The property owner qualifies for the exemption by meeting specific requirements established by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and adopted by the City of Quincy.

The exemption forms can be found on the Assessors’ Department Forms Page under the Tax Assistance Programs dropdown. The dropdown also contains more information on the property tax exemptions and who can qualify.

All FY2023 recipients have been mailed their copy of the exemption form that they qualified for in the previous fiscal year. All exemption forms must be filed annually on or before April 1, 2024 with the Assessors’ office.
